A good definition: The term "covenant" is of Latin origin (con venire), meaning a coming together. It presupposes two or more parties who come together to make a contract, agreeing on promises, stipulations, privileges, and responsibilities. In religious and theological circles there has not been agreement on precisely what is to be understood by the biblical term. These groups can be called "small" groups -- they are smaller than large gatherings. They can be considered BIble Study groups -- since the Bible is studied and essential to our community.

But the heartbeat that connects us is not size nor material. It's the flowing, rushing love of God within our hearts for one another. Eager to encourage one another to grow, serve and experience God and His goodness, and to be a source of love, healing and sacrifice to the community we are a part of locally and beyond.
